Reason #346 Why Denver is Awesome

Vegan BBQ chicken pizza from The Rebellion. The clincher: it's cheap, too. Word to your mother.

Holy yum! Orlando got a new vegan cafe, so that's exciting, but we still don't have vegan pizza. As much as I love Ethos, it really isn't the same.

Tracy - I think they actually use those Morningstar Farm grilled chikn strips. I've never had it by itself since I don't really buy fake meats, but it's really yummy on the pizza.

Heather - Are you talking about Loving Hut? I'm bummed it didn't open until after we moved. Ethos pizza doesn't really do it for me either, but I miss me some Ethos phillies! Here in Denver we have two great options for pizza: Rebellion, which is more classic pizzeria-style pizza, and City O City, where they make their own vegan moz and cashew ricotta.

Hold up hold up. What's the green stuff?

Hear that pizza.

It's true, Abbie: we add green peppers to it. I hope you can still respect me.
